Feature: Halia Rose Jewellery is a GAME Changer

I have received a few compliments this week! We all like one of those every once in a while, don’t we?

But this week it has been, “Oh that’s a lovely necklace!" - all thanks to a gorgeous piece of Halia Rose Jewellery : this Kata necklace in Vanilla Cream.

I’ve not properly worn jewellery in the past two years- definitely not really worn necklaces, anyway! Having two under two has meant we’ve gone through two baby stages of pulling and gripping and chewing and nestling in on my chest and collar-bone area. Safe to say, my usual necklaces have taken solace in the bottom of a drawer somewhere!

However, Halia Rose Jewellery is specially designed for Mums AND their babies. The pieces are made from 100% non-toxic food grade silicone, meaning the material is safely chewable- and has been ideal for our little babe, who is coming up for 5 months old.

There are NO NASTIES in these pretty products, yay

Our little babe may not be teething just yet, but she has certainly reached that stage of gumming EVERYTHING. Therefore, she has very much appreciated my Halia Rose necklace being readily available for her to hone those chomping skills on.

Also, this Kata necklace, in particular, has a mixture of textured and smooth beads, so it has been ideal on-the-go sensory entertainment for our babe!

Not only has it been practical, but aesthetically, the necklace I've chosen to wear has matched with nearly every outfit I've worn this week- it's certainly added a bit of 'class' to my everyday wear! It's a statement piece that's versatile and comfortable to wear, too.

Even our toddler's had a go at putting it on to 'dress like Mummy.' (I love this phase of being my daughter's fashion icon- I love that she currently wants to wear everything I do....!?)

We were at the pub the other day for a meal out and I have to tell you that my lovely necklace MULTI-TASKED. Firstly, I had the chance to enjoy wearing it and showing it off. Secondly, I'd forgotten to take anything for our little babe to 'play' with, but the necklace turned into teething/grabbing toy! Thirdly, when our eldest got fidgety, she had a turn at investigating the necklace (and admittedly attempted to kind of lassoo a pint glass.....)

Lassoos aside, I'd say this is a FAB piece for fellow mums out there. Also, if you check out the Halia Rose website you will see a variety of different styles and colours of necklaces to choose from. There's bracelets and teethers, too! I've been having such a good browse (oooh browsing jewellery... it's been too long...) and there are a few other standout pieces for me:

Trio Necklace in True Blue- I love the boldness of this one! I reckon baby would be mesmerised...

Bola necklace in Orchid - I think the colour choice here is quirky and fun!

Hex bracelet in Indigo - this is the sort of thing I can imagine teaming with lots of my work clothes (when I'm back juggling Mummy/work balance... I could be both smartly dressed and chewable, don't you know!?)

Finally, the Petals necklace just looks awesome and summery in this Aqua colour- (Head over to my  blog's Facebook page  &  Twitter to be in a chance of winning yourself one of these necklaces, too!!)

But until then, my message here is this: take a look at the Halia Rose shop

Because this jewellery is a GAME CHANGER, for baby and for Mum!
